About En Tree

Our mission is to help people become happier, healthier, and more fulfilled.

Our strategy is nature-based. Humans are meant to be outside. We have spent 99% of our evolutionary history outside, so our bodies are made to interact with nature. When we spend a lot of time indoors, our physical and emotional health declines. We get sick more often, it lasts longer, and we are unhappier.

In addition to moving away from the support of nature, our society, and even those closest to us, often tell us what is wrong with us and how we need to fix it. We’re here to tell you that you that there is nothing wrong with you. You are not broken. If you don’t like where you are or how you feel, or if you feel like something is missing or you could be better, then let’s talk. Life coaching can help you discover yourself, your true needs and desires, and where you want to go, which may or may not be where society tells you that you should go.

We believe that everyone has a special and unique set of skills, the gifts that will bring them the most happiness and fulfillment, and each person should be supported in discovering and progressing towards finding and using those gifts.

We hope to see you in our programs and that you allow us to be your guides as you move into greater happiness, health, and fulfillment.

En Tree has many programs and options to support you on that journey. Many of our programs are fully outdoors. Others have an outdoor option or are provided in an indoor nature-immersive environment, with plants and nature sounds. For those less comfortable being outside, don’t worry, we can move there gradually. Please also note that our programs are meant to be used in conjunction with, not in place of, appropriate medical treatment.

Meet our team

Chrissy

My name is Chrissy Gallo, and I am a life coach. My goal is to help you live a happy, successful life. To do that, I work with you using coaching sessions, nature therapy, and other wellness tools. I am an Erickson trained life coach, a nature therapy guide certified by the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy (ANFT), a certified personal trainer (CPT) certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), a Maryland master naturalist, and a reiki master. I am also a science and technical writer and many other things. I enjoy reading, learning, living an eco-friendly lifestyle, and doing anything outdoors, including hiking, backpacking, climbing, kayaking, biking, and gardening.

I am interested in anything that promotes positivity and well-being for myself and others. My goals are to help people reconnect to themselves, each other, and nature and just be happier. I’d love to meet you!

Kristina

My name is Kristina Duncan. I’m thrilled that you have decided to begin a journey to connect to your inner self and hope that you will give me the opportunity to help you along the way. Meditation can take many forms and finding what works for you can take time. My goal is to assist you in learning more about yourself and how you connect to the world around you so that in time you are able to heal your soul and achieve your highest potential. We all have the power within us to heal old wounds and overcome our personal challenges. I came to meditation a few years ago and have grown significantly. I hope that we can continue on this path of healing together. As someone who is very empathetic, I have always been passionate about helping others become their best self. I believe that everyone has the power to guide their lives through positive thought, willingness to learn, and a bit of resilience. I feel that honesty with yourself and others is imperative in the path to inner peace.

I am a certified meditation and mindfulness teacher. I consider myself a lifetime learner, always looking for an opportunity to do better. I have been described as an adventurous soul because of my strong love for travel. I enjoy creating art with many different mediums, reading, gardening, and spending time outdoors with my family.
