May brings us the Flower Moon to honor all of the flowers that bloom this month. Connect with the beauty of nature and your own body during a 60 minute yoga practice and 30 minute guided meditation. You can join in person or online.
If you join in person, yoga and meditation will be outside, weather permitting. Participants are encouraged to bring water, a yoga mat, and to dress for the weather.
For virtual participants, the session link will be provided prior to the session.
